Jessica Brooks has been a CrossFitter for three years and specializes in gymnastics and barbell movements. She’s most passionate about passing on all the things she’s have learned and loves about CrossFit to anyone who is interested. “I love seeing the improvement,” she says. “It is so rewarding to have a part in someone reaching their goals.”

Growing up, Jessica was active in gymnastics, boxing, and kickboxing. She came to CrossFit Now as a member and competitor first, then turned to coaching when she wanted to learn and do more. “My competitive drive brought me to CrossFit,” she says. “I love to compete, I love to improve and be the best at whatever I do. CrossFit has the intensity and skillful movements that you can always improve. The learning never ends—and you don’t even get punched in the head!”
