5 Cycles of: w/ 1 min rest between
3 min AMRAP
9 Lateral Bar Jumps
7 Burpees
5 Deadlifts
Complete as many reps as possible
(AMRAP) in 3 min then rest 1 min.
Start each 3 min cycle where you left
on the previous cycle. Repeat for a
total of 5 cycles.
