DESCRIPTION
* Finishing out the week with a simple couplet of light power snatches and burpees
* We’ll work through 55 reps of each in this descending rep scheme workout
* We expect this piece to take between 8-15 minutes to complete
POWER SNATCHES
* Choose a light weight that you can complete for 30+ unbroken reps when fresh
* Within the workout, all rounds should be completed with no more than 1 break
BURPEES
* These are standard burpees
* Chest and thighs touch the floor in the bottom
* You can jump-up or step-up off the floor
* Reach full extension at the top with some air under the feet and a small clap overhead
