DESCRIPTION
* We have 18 minutes of straight movement in today’s workout
* After completing the reps of weighted sit ups and shuttle runs, do double unders until the next 3 minute interval
* There is no rest between these intervals, as you’ll move directly from jump rope back into the weighted sit ups
* New rounds begin on the [0:00-3:00-6:00-9:00-12:00-15:00]
* Your final score is total double unders for each round

* Every time one part of the body passes the cone, count 1-rep
