Choose a small number that can ideally be completed unbroken
Modifications:
45 Single Unders
30 Seconds of Practice
30 Penguin Jumps
STEP BACK LUNGES
Complete 15 reps each side (30 total)
Alternate legs every rep
Kiss the back knee on the ground in the bottom
Stand to full extension before switching sides
