DESCRIPTION
Finishing out the week with a twist on a 2k row
Every minute on the minute (starting at 0:00) you’ll complete 5 deadlifts
You’ll accumulate meters on the rower with whatever time remains in the minute
Continue with this flow until you’ve finished the 2,000/1,600 meters
We expect this piece to take between 10-18 minutes to complete

Choose a moderate weight that you’ll be able to complete unbroken each time
