As long as you get the work at each station done, you can partition the reps however you’d like
You can start on any station and go in any order
For Example: You could go straight through as 200-100-75 or complete 5 rounds of 40-20/15-10
Your score is total time it takes to finish all three stations
Cap this workout at 30 minutes
BENCH PRESS
Choose a moderate weight that you can complete for at least 5 reps at a time during the workout
