DESCRIPTION
Today’s triplet workout has small reps and short time at each station allow us to maintain a higher intensity throughout
We can expect rounds to take between 1:30-2:00 to complete
This puts athletes finishing about 10-14 rounds at the end of 20 minutes
POWER CLEANS
Choose a light to moderate weight that you can complete in 1-2 sets during the workout
BURPEES
These are regular burpees
You can jump-up or step-up out of the bottom
