“Cleaning Day” (AMRAP – Reps)
On the Minute x 20:
Minute 1: Max Power Cleans
Minute 2: 100 Meter Run
Score is Power Cleans Only
Basics-5 PC w/ PVC/BB, 100m Row
This workout will see us alternating between max power cleans and meters
You will begin the workout by completing as many power cleans as you can within that minute.
On the next minute you will accumulate the given number of meters by either running or rowing.
Choose calories that will allow you to finish this station in :45 or less.
You will continue to alternate between Power Cleans and Meters for 20 min.
The score for this workout will be the the Power Cleans competed ONLY
