* 300 Double-Unders = ~5-8 minutes
* 2000m Run = Less than 10:00
* Total time = 15:00-18:00
EFFICIENCY TIPS
* Relax the arms during the run, they will be burning after all the Double-Unders
* If your athletes have Double-Unders but struggle with big sets and get frustrated, have them break into sets that they can do well. For example, in the set of 20, have them do 4 sets of 5. They will save energy and limit frustration
