Today’s workout is strength!

The warm up and movement prep will be geared toward the Overhead Squat.

The rep scheme is 5-4-3-2-1.

The Overhead Squat will be taken from the rack. The goal is to warm up with a lighter weight then attempt 5 reps of the Overhead Squat. Rest as needed, add more weight and complete 4 reps. Continue to add weight and rest as needed until you have completed the given reps.

If you prefer you can choose to do the workout “Clip Art”

The coach will be coaching the Strength workout but will be available for questions if needed.
