DESCRIPTION
STRUCTURE: 10 Rounds of: 10 Toes to Bar, 10 Burpees, 100m Run
STIMULUS: A fast paced threshold workout. Rounds taking athletes 1:30 – 2:00
STRATEGY: Athletes should go unbroken on Toes to Bar pacing the burpees and run with unbroken Toes to Bar in mind
SCORING: This workout is for time and should take athletes 15 – 20 minutes to complete
SCALING: Athletes’ should choose a rep range/variation of Toes to Bar that allows them to go unbroken all 10 rounds
EFFICIENCY TIPS
-Athletes should pace the burpees and run as needed to maintain unbroken Toes to Bar
-When athletes return from their 100m run they should be hopping up as quickly as possible to start their Toes to Bar
-This workout should be a consistent “go, go, go” with a sprint to the finish!
