DESCRIPTION
STRUCTURE: Today athletes will complete 3 Rounds of 250 Meter Row + 3 Power Cleans, 500 Meter Row + 5 Power Cleans, 750 Meter Row + 7 Power Cleans.
STIMULUS: “TOSH.ROW” is a Sprint Interval Workout.
STRATEGY: Athletes should be able to complete 250 Meters in under 1:15
SCALING: Athletes should consider scaling the Row distance if they cannot complete 250 Meters in 1:15
SCORING: Athletes’ score will be the Time it takes to complete the workout
