DESCRIPTION
STRUCTURE: Athletes will complete For Time: 30 Power Snatches, 2,000 Meter Row, and 100 Wall Balls. Athletes can partition however they’d like.
STIMULUS: “WEAPON OF CHOICE” is a Threshold workout.
STRATEGY: Athletes should be able to complete the Power Snatches in under 5:00, the Row in less than 10:00, and Wall Balls in under 6:00.
SCALING: If needed, athletes can decrease the Power Snatch Load and Row distance. Athletes who cannot maintain a 2:30 pace should reduce the Rowing distance to 800 Meters
SCORING: Athletes’ score will be the Time it takes to complete the workout. Athletes should aim to finish between 20-25 Minutes.
