DESCRIPTION

STRUCTURE: For Time, athletes will complete 10 down to 1 Chest to Bar/Strict/Kipping Pull Ups and Snatches.

STIMULUS: “MIDNIGHT TRAIN” is a Sprint.

STRATEGY: Athletes should be able to complete Pull Ups in 1-2 sets each round. Athletes should be able to complete Snatches in 1-3 sets each round.

SCALING: If needed, athletes can reduce Pull Up reps and Snatch load.

SCORING: Athletes’ score will be the Time it takes to complete the workout. Athletes should aim to finish in 5-10 Minutes.

EFFICIENCY TIPS

-Athletes should complete Pull Ups in a maximum of 2 sets

-Athletes should complete Snatches in a maximum of 3 sets
