STRUCTURE: For time, athletes will complete 10 Rounds of 15 AbMat Sit Ups and 15 Russian Kettlebell Swings. Starting on the 0:00, athletes will do a 100m Suitcase Carry with their Kettlebell switching sides at the 50m.
STIMULUS: “SHOPAHOLIC” is a Grind.
STRATEGY: Athletes should be able to complete a 100m Suitcase Carry in under 1:30. Athletes should be able to complete 15 Sit Ups and 15 Russian Kettlebell Swings in under 1:30.
SCALING: If needed, athletes can reduce the Suitcase Carry distance. If needed, athletes can reduce the Kettlebell load.
SCORING: Athletes’ score will be the Time it takes them to complete the workout. Athletes should aim to finish in 20-30 Minutes.
-Athletes should pace and breathe through AbMat Sit Ups
-Athletes should hold onto unbroken sets of Kettlebell Swings
-Athletes should focus on Quality during Suitcase Carries
