This workout will see us completeing 5x 4 min AMRAPS.
The farmer’s carry will with two dumbbells. Dumbbells should be carried in the hands. Choose a weight that will allow you to complete this section in about 1 min.
ALT DUMBBELL POWER SNATCHES
With one dumbbell complete 14 alternating power snatches. Both heads of the dumbbell should make contact with the ground at the start of each rep. Choose a weight that will allow you to complete this section in about a minute fresh
The remainder of the time will be spent on the machine accumulating calories.
