DESCRIPTION
STRUCTURE: Athletes will complete 10 Rounds, starting on the 3:00, of 100 Meter Farmer’s Carry and Max Bike Calories in remaining time.
STIMULUS: “WALK THIS WAY” is a Pacer workout.
STRATEGY: Athletes should move fast on the Farmer’s Carry taking as few breaks as possible.
SCALING: Athletes should choose Dumbbells they can complete a 100 Meter Farmer’s Carry in two sets.
SCORING: Athletes’ score will be Sum Total Bike Calories of all 10 Rounds.
