DESCRIPTION
STRUCTURE: For time, athletes will complete 150 Wall Balls. Starting on the 0:00, athletes will complete 30 Double Unders on the minute.
STIMULUS: “THE MANAGER” is a Threshold workout.
STRATEGY: Athletes should be able to complete 30 Double Unders in under 0:30.
SCALING: Athletes should choose a number of Double Unders they can confidently complete unbroken.
SCORING: Athletes’ score will be the Time it takes to complete 150 Wall Balls. Athletes should aim to finish in 10-15 Minutes.
EFFICIENCY TIPS
-Athletes should aim to stay calm, cool and collected during Double Unders
-Athletes should lay their Rope down neatly to make for easy transitions
-Athletes should push on the Wall Balls
