DESCRIPTION
STRUCTURE: Athletes will complete 3 Rounds of 10 Snatches and 12 Bar-Facing Burpees at a lightweight. . . directly into 2 Rounds of 10 Snatches and 12 Bar-Facing Burpees at a moderate weight. . . . directly into 1 Round of 10 Snatches and 12 Bar-Facing Burpees at a heavy weight for time.
STIMULUS: “Less & Less” is a Threshold workout.
STRATEGY: Athletes should take about 2:00 per round.
SCALING: Athletes’ heaviest weight should be a challenging weight they could snatch for 5+ reps unbroken when fresh.
SCORING: Athletes’ score will be the Time it takes to complete the workout. Athletes should aim to finish in 10-15 Minutes.
