Michael Moseley

Michael Moseley

Owner/Coach

Michael is the Owner, Head Coach, and Programmer at CrossFit Now. He’s also a lifetime athlete who’s competed in football, bodybuilding, mixed martial arts, and of course, CrossFit. Michael began training in 2008 and has built an impressive resume that includes winning the 2013 CrossFit Games Masters 40-44 Division.

As a coach, Michael’s greatest strength is his ability to bond with each member. “I specialize in communication. My 21 years in law enforcement has provided me with the ability to talk to any and every one and relate to their current situation. It’s very helpful in coaching athletes as each person is on an individual journey. Relatability is my secret weapon.”

Jennifer Moseley

Jennifer Moseley

Jennifer is an Owner and Coach at CrossFit Now with nearly a decade of experience. Introduced by her husband, she started training in their garage before joining an affiliate in 2009. “I was skeptical at first. I was never into sports and the thought of lifting weights scared me. But once I realized I could scale each workout, I became much more comfortable.”

After several months of diet and exercise, Jennifer lost 25 pounds and gained some serious muscle! Her success proves you can do anything you set your mind to. That’s why for Jennifer, “Working with our members and seeing them achieve the “impossible” is the BEST feeling.”

    Coach Ashley has been a part of our CrossFit Now family for the past 2 years. She started as a member (thanks to her dad) and soon after transitioned into coaching. She has an athletic and coaching background in cheerleading and also is a former participant in many runDisney races. Her favorite part about coaching is having a front row seat at witnessing ordinary people do extraordinary things.  “We all have a story for why we choose fitness. Whether you are just starting out or you’ve been in the game awhile, my job here is to help you tell yours!”

    Coach Jenn started her CrossFit journey back in 2013, and her success story includes an incredible weight loss of over 115 pounds! In 2021 she joined CrossFit Now and in no time helped strengthen our community into the family we are today! When she’s not at the gym, leading a class with her enthusiasm, she can be found being the ultimate wife and super mom to her 4 kiddos (as well as to all her ‘adopted’ gym kids too!) Jenn’s favorite part of being a coach is watching everyone push themselves to levels they didn’t think were possible. “I love that every athlete gives me more than I could ever give them!”

    Coach Jessica started her Crossfit journey 4 years ago, here at Crossfit Now. Her friends were members here and had bought her a month membership to try Crossfit out; probably knowing she would fall in love with it. She has always been into fitness as her dad is a Football/Strength & Conditioning Coach for one of the local highschools and she also did a bodybuilding competition in college. She was skeptical at first because of the “bad rep” that Crossfit had, but once she tried the “Crossfit kool aid” it was never the same! She truly fell in love with it. She saw how supportive the coaches were and really cared for their members’ movements. The stereotype had been proven false! Her favorite aspect of coaching is trying to inspire others by making them believe in themselves.

    Coach Luke, or “Uncle Luke” as some members like to call him, started his fitness journey with CrossFit Now back in 2016. Before that? High school sports? Nah, this guy was all about shop class, sneakin’ cigs, and having girls brush out his mullet! Not to mention his only history of competitions were how many Oreos he could fit into his mouth at once. (Also that one time he was the 2007 Installer of the Year and 2 time world champ of having the loudest VW bug in the world!) Like they say though, a great coach isn’t just a world-class athlete. A great coach is someone who is fun to be around, which you can always guarantee will be the case at a class hosted by Uncle Luke!

    Coach Paul started his CrossFit journey back in 2012, here at CrossFit Now. Paul was introduced to CrossFit by a colleague from work and felt right at home. Paul enjoys the camaraderie he found amongst the CrossFit community. “Discovering CrossFit exposed me to a vast community of athletes, coaches, and mentors who not only care about fitness and well-being but genuinely care about and support each other’s goals.” Paul’s favorite aspect of coaching is the positive experience created by the opportunity to help shape the efforts of CrossFit Now members as they continue to meet, and set goals.

    Coach Rui has been a weightlifter and a CrossFitter for over 7 years. She loves the challenge of learning and refining movements of both sports. As someone who struggled to stay consistent with going to the gym in the past, she understands the importance of a strong gym community and supportive friends who push you when need it the most. Her favorite aspect of coaching is finding ways to modify movements so that athletes of all levels can get the most out of their workout.

    RYAN HARBUCK

    Coach Ryan has been doing CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting and Powerlifting for over 10 years. He started doing CrossFit in 2013, after going to support a friend compete at Regionals. He saw firsthand the CrossFit community, support each other on the biggest stage. His favorite thing about coaching is seeing someone accomplish something they thought was impossible, through hard work and dedication.
