What Is CrossFit?
CrossFit is an exercise program that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing, but instead improving your general physical preparedness, which makes you physically prepared for any demand that life may throw your way.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability, this means we can modify movement, weight, duration, and intensity to fit your needs. This also enables the new CrossFitter to get the same out of our workouts as our most experienced CrossFitters.
To ensure safety to all athletes we follow a strict application of Mechanics, Consistency, then Intensity. By ensuring that each athlete is moving Mechanically correct, and is Consistently practicing, we can gradually add Intensity. This allows our athletes to safely and gradually adapt to the physical demands of our program. We will always put safety above progress.
At CrossFit Now we want to see you succeed in life, but at your pace. We will supply the support you need to help you through your fitness journey. Our family orientated community, professional coaching staff, and large well equipped facility is the perfect place to start your journey to a fitter, healthier, and happier you.
